What Youll Do
Deliver Quality Work That Makes a Difference!
- Install and replace residential HVAC systems safely efficiently and according to applicable codes.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components.
- Perform electrical work associated with HVAC installations within applicable licensing requirements.
- Read blueprints interpret diagrams and ensure accurate system installations.
- Follow applicable safety standards and HVAC regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clean professional job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and accurately.
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Applicable HVAC licenses and certifications as required for the position.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems installation procedures and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC electrical components.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Commitment to safety quality workmanship and continued learning.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing schedules.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements.
- Ability to meet applicable job-related pre-employment screening requirements.
