The HVAC Installation Manager is responsible for leading coaching and developing a team of installation technicians and apprentices while ensuring exceptional workmanship customer satisfaction and operational performance. This role requires a strong leader who can build high-performing teams hold employees accountable and maintain the quality standards that have made F.H. Furr an industry leader.
- Lead and manage residential HVAC installation technicians and apprentices
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and hire top talent
- Train mentor and develop team members in partnership with technical trainers
- Establish performance expectations and support employee growth
- Ensure all installations meet company quality safety and customer service standards
- Monitor team productivity and overall operational performance
- Foster a culture of accountability professionalism and continuous improvement
- Drive exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship and service
- 5 years of leadership experience within residential HVAC
- Strong residential HVAC installation background
- Proven ability to lead develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint
