- Shift / Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM; possible overtime
- Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable with extensive everyday travel. Work area covers a 2-hour radius in and around Lexington KY; majority of time will be spent inside Lexington.

As a Mobile Building Engineer this role will support several facilities in the area that requires expertise to perform repairs and maintain several buildings industrial systems equipment and ground requests. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and is responsible for providing support preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems. The candidate must be comfortable with extensive everyday travel and must live within a designated radius of the job site to reliably work the schedule/shift. The candidate will work independently and will be issued a CBRE van tools a tablet and an iPhone for the work.

- Communicating with bank staff and property managers
- Completing all PMs (Weekly and Quarterly)
- Visual inspections while on site

- Oversee maintenance and repairs to the mechanical industrial plumbing structural life safety and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
- Review assigned work orders estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.
- Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms HVAC and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable codes regulations governmental agencies and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

- Comfortable working on a rooftop unit
- Commercial HVAC knowledge
- Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing knowledge
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
- Highly professional attitude

- Commercial HVAC experience
- Mobile maintenance experience highly preferred
- Certification in any of the following: Electrical Mechanical HVAC and Refrigeration systems process controls mechanical power transmissions painting plumbing carpentry or engine repair
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Trade school training is a plus
- CFC (EPA) Certification Required
- Universal EPA license required
- Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and good driving record with periodic checks
- 12 years of experience minimum
- Proven experience as a building engineer; minimum of four (4) years
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping standing walking climbing stairs/ladders and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
- Must be comfortable with extensive everyday travel
- Must live within a 2-hour radius of Lexington KY; majority of time will be spent inside Lexington
