HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician

• Inspect clean and restore residential and commercial HVAC duct systems using industry-standard equipment
• Operate dual motor multi stage portable units rotary brushes and high-powered vacuums to remove debris dust and contaminants
• Identify and document system deficiencies damage or areas of concern for customers and supervisors
• Perform sanitization and deodorization treatments to ductwork and HVAC components
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site explaining services and answering questions
• Maintain clean and properly store all tools and equipment after each job
• Complete job documentation checklists and reports accurately and in a timely manner

• Prior experience in HVAC duct cleaning or a related trade preferred but not required we will train the right candidate
• Ability to work in confined spaces attics crawlspaces and at heights
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable punctual and professional with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
