Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Corbin KY
Under general supervision the HR Specialist assists with all areas of the Human Resources department. The HR Specialist will support the human resources transactional functions including but not limited to licensure/certification tracking compliance tracking. Provides regular advice assistance and follow-up to client departments employees and/or members of the general public in the application of specified policies procedures and inquiries. Develops expedites and maintains the house wide new hire orientation. Develops expedites and maintains various HR Survey data programs.
Requirements
- Associate degree
- One year prior experience
