Overview Nelson Mullins an Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and recruitment support to the Firms Human Resources and Recruiting teams. This position plays a key role in coordinating hiring activities maintaining recruitment records and supporting day-to-day HR operations across multiple office locations. A Day in the Life The Human Resources Recruiting Assistant will support the Firms recruitment efforts by coordinating candidate activities tracking applicant progress and partnering with hiring attorneys and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. This role is responsible for scheduling interviews meetings and video calls through Microsoft Teams and Outlook Calendar maintaining accurate recruitment data and electronic files and ensuring consistency across internal systems and databases. The position will also draft format edit and proofread recruitment-related correspondence and documents while providing general administrative support to the Human Resources Recruiting and Management teams. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills effective communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities while interacting professionally with internal and external contacts.
