What YouWillDo:
Support the Director of Human Resources in ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Executerecruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and ensure affirmative action compliance.
Maintain compliance within the HRIS system including onboarding training assignments certification tracking and audit readiness.
Plan and executeemployee engagement initiatives that foster a dynamic and comfortable work environment with a strong emphasis on recognition.
Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to assess changes in hotel needs and market trends to enhance employee satisfaction.
Ensure employment offerscomply withcompany guidelines and prepare offer letters as needed.
Regularly update staffing guides to meet workforce planning needs and maintain adherence to guidelines.
Contribute to policy development andassistin operational decisions that align with the hotels strategicobjectives.
Assist the Director of Human Resources in identifying opportunities to enhance internal workflows and drive process improvements that support HR efficiency and accuracy.
Assistin responding to labor charges.
Oversee the administration of workers compensation claimsand leave of absences
Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to design and implement a competitive compensation program including conducting market wage surveys.
Facilitatetraining programs for managers and staff including orientation policy complianceguest serviceand employee development.
Monitor Human Resources-related documentation to ensure fair and consistent disciplinary actionsand performance reviews.
Assistin the execution of performance managementprogram including goalsetting performance reviews andsupporting ongoing staff development.
Assistin the management ofemployee relations programs to create a safe consistent and motivating work environment addressing concerns and improving morale.
Prepare labor turnover reports analyze trends and recommend adjustments to recruitment and retention strategies.
Your Experience Includes:
ABachelorsdegreein Human ResourcesHospitality or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of2years of experience inaHuman Resources rolein hospitality or on a hotel property with leadership experience preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal labor laws with the ability to ensure organizational compliance.
Experience in managingand executingrecruitment leaves ofabsencelearning & development andworkerscompensation processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities and complex projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Flexible and adaptable able to work extended hours including weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
