Human Resources Manager Role: The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in shaping refining and leading the companys HR function during a period of significant growth. This Human Resources Manager position is not a ground-up build but rather an opportunity to optimize enhance and scale existing HR processes and systems. Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and transitioning hiring ownership from administrative staff Designing and implementing scalable talent acquisition and internship programs Developing career pathing frameworks and supporting employee growth initiatives Evaluating and enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training programs Redesigning and modernizing performance review processes to align with company values and business outcomes Building and executing retention strategies to address engagement career progression and competitive market pressures Overseeing HR operations including policies compliance employee relations and documentation Managing benefits administration vendor relationships and open enrollment processes Supporting payroll and HR systems coordination and process improvements Partnering with external counsel on immigration processes (H-1B green card support) Tracking and analyzing HR metrics including retention turnover and engagement Promoting a culture aligned with integrity respect and humility
