We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions including ensuring compliance with federal state and local employment laws and federal contractor regulations while supporting organizational objectives and fostering a compliant high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage HR functions/staff policy administration compensation & benefits leaves/absences federal compliance and talent acquisition
• Update employee handbook
• Provide guidance on employee conduct
• Oversee FMLA ADA FLSA and OFCCP compliance
• Quality Management System alignment
• Event planning

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field masters and/or technical discipline a plus
• 5-8 years experience in an HR management role preferably in a federal contracting environment
• Experience with technical/manufacturing recruiting
• Experience with compensation and benefits required
• Multi-state or international experience preferred
• Position regularly requires independent judgement and discretion
• Strong knowledge of employment laws/regulations
• Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and attention-to-detail
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
