CI-DELL Plastics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources for our growing manufacturing operation. For 40 years the company has built a reputation for quality partnership and continuous improvement while serving customers around the globe. The organization operates a multi-shift manufacturing environment and continues to invest in the future growth of its production and warehouse operations.
This is a true HR Department of One opportunity. Reporting directly to ownership and overseeing one Office Assistant youll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders supervisors and employees across a multi-shift manufacturing operation. No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be recruiting talent the next coaching a supervisor through an employee relations issue developing training programs administering benefits supporting payroll or helping shape the employee experience across the organization.

What Youll Do
As the Human Resources Manager you will lead the full employee lifecycle and oversee all HR functions including:
- Lead recruiting interviewing hiring onboarding and workforce planning efforts
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees supervisors and ownership
- Manage employee relations performance management coaching and investigations
- Administer payroll compensation benefits leave programs and HR records
- Oversee FMLA ADA Workers Compensation unemployment and related compliance matters
- Develop and deliver employee training and leadership development initiatives
- Maintain HR policies employee handbook and compliance with employment regulations
- Support safety initiatives OSHA-related activities and Workers Compensation processes
- Coordinate employee recognition programs company events and culture-building activities
- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce development
- Oversee and develop one Office Assistant
Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Manufacturing HR experience required
- Experience supporting a multi-shift production environment
- Previous experience as a stand-alone HR professional or within a small HR team strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law employee relations HR compliance and HR operations
- Proven ability to build relationships coach leaders and influence at all levels of an organization
- Strong communication organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills
PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
Schedule & Benefits
This position is fully onsite in Mequon Wisconsin with core business hours generally between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. while maintaining the flexibility and visibility needed to support employees and leaders across all shifts.
