As the HR Generalist you will provide administrative and on-site support to our Johnson County office. You will build relationships with staff and assist with HR-related questions as well as manage several assigned HR processes. You will also teach the HR portions of new hire training and provide HR management training.

Some duties include:
- Benefits administration including managing enrollments changes and terminations
- Administrating HR processes including background checks performance agreements and employee file maintenance
- Serve as HR representative for the site building relationships with staff and and answering questions
- Collecting I-9 documentation from new staff
- Training the HR section for new hires and providing new manager HR training
Some qualifications:
- Associates degree minimally required
- At least 1 year of administrative experience required prior HR experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and teach in front of groups of people
- Must be able to work on site
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must have valid Drivers License
