HR Generalist Opportunity Manufacturing Environment

HR Generalist
to join a thriving team and contribute to a range of human resource functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations compliance and engagement initiatives.

In this role youll play a critical part in ensuring seamless HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will span full-cycle talent acquisition payroll processing policy administration and employee engagement activities and employee relations..

This position is perfect for someone with at least
3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting who thrives on managing multiple priorities with precision professionalism and confidentiality.

If someone has accounting knowledge and exposure to Comp & Benefits HUGE PLUS (but not a dealbreaker)

What Youll Do:

• Manage recruitment onboarding and training for hourly and salaried positions.
• Oversee employee relations compliance and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives including events rewards and recognition.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Business (or Associates) HR or related field (preferred).
• Expertise in HR operations with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
