The Location

Based in El Segundo CA (yes you can have a highly sophisticated global finance career without battling the 405 all the way to Century City or Downtown LA).

What Youll Actually Be Doing:

• The Architect of Scale: Youll design and implement a scalable multinational HR infrastructure to support our rapid international expansion and complex multi-entity structure.
• Strategic Partner to the C-Suite: You wont just execute plans; youll have a seat at the table. You will partner closely with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation workforce planning and talent optimization.
• Compensation Connoisseur: You will oversee global compensation frameworks ensuring our structures remain fiercely competitive in the market while maintaining internal equity.
• The Culture Guardian: Youll build and foster a high-performance inclusive culture that promotes true accountability and collaboration across multiple regions.
• Data-Driven Strategist: Youll leverage HR technology HRIS platforms workforce data and KPIs to inform strategic executive decision-making.

• Youve built global playgrounds: You have deep experience navigating global labor laws regulatory requirements and governance standards across multiple countries.
• Youre a leader of leaders: You know how to mentor align and elevate a senior HR leadership team across talent management payroll employee relations and OD.
• Youre unflappable: You act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters investigations and risk mitigation partnering seamlessly with Legal and Compliance.
