This role serves as a key employee resource supporting employee engagement benefits administration leave management payroll-related activities compliance and employee recordkeeping. The HR Generalist partners with employees and management to promote a positive workplace experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment You Will Make an ImpactServe as a primary point of contact for employees responding to HR-related inquiries and directing employees toappropriate resources as needed. Administer and support a broad range of human resources programs and services including talent acquisition onboarding compensation and benefits employee relations performance management training and development and compliance initiatives. Coordinate and administer leave of absence programs including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations and short-term and long-term disability programs. Maintain knowledge of applicable federal state and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies procedures and reporting requirements. Process employee lifecycle transactions andmaintain accurate personnel records including recruiting onboarding attendance leave and paid time off information. Generate analyze andmaintain reports related to payroll employee incentives benefits attendance and other HR metrics. Participate in HR projects audits process improvement initiatives and other activities that support business and organizationalobjectives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as EssentialsAssociates degree or equivalent professional qualifications 2 years of experience in human resources; experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
