Synergis is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator. Were looking for a detail-driven people-first professional who is extremely well-organized to play a key role in keeping our employee and consultant lifecycle running smoothly from onboarding and background screening to benefits compliance and day-to-day HR operations. To succeed in this role you must be able to

• Lead consultant onboarding including conducting onboarding calls reviewing client-specific requirements and confirming every consultant is start-ready before day one
• Initiate track and follow up on background and drug screening orders keeping consultants and internal stakeholders informed along the way
• Maintain accurate employee and consultant records across ADP Bullhorn Staffeto and other HR systems resolving data discrepancies and supporting system access provisioning and terminations
• Support benefits and leave administration including leave tracking carrier audits eligibility reviews COBRA administration and arrears tracking
• Assist with recurring compliance reporting regulatory filings audits and HR records retention
• Manage the HR mailbox and support time-off administration unemployment claims offboarding and employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Partner closely with Recruiting Sales and Operations throughout the employee and consultant lifecycle

You might be right for this role if

• You have 13 years of experience in HR recruiting coordination benefits administration HR operations or a related field
• Youve supported onboarding and employee lifecycle activities and are comfortable working in HRIS ATS or workforce management systems (ADP or Bullhorn experience is a plus!)
• You have staffing industry experience or understand consultant workforce administration (a plus!)
• You are really organized and you love getting the details right especially when compliance is on the line
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can build trust with employees consultants and business leaders
• You take ownership follow up and get things done with limited supervision
• You love working in a fast-paced environment where you can juggle multiple priorities and adapt as business needs change
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel and Teams
• You have a strong moral compass act with integrity and handle confidential information with discretion
