Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary HR partner for corporate and field leaders across approximately 600 employees. The HRBP supports leaders and employees throughout the employee lifecycle helping create strong teams an engaging employee experience and consistent people practices across our clinics.
This role combines hands-on HR support with proactive leader coaching employee engagement retention performance management and workforce insights. The HRBP will also provide expertise in employee relations investigations corrective action and employee separations ensuring matters are handled fairly consistently and in alignment with CMS policies and employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner to operational and clinic leaders across the assigned region providing practical guidance on people team and organizational matters.
- Coach leaders on employee engagement retention performance management communication team effectiveness and building a positive employee experience.
- Manage employee relations matters including workplace concerns investigations performance issues corrective actions and separations with sound judgment and appropriate documentation.
- Partner with leaders to proactively identify and address workforce challenges including turnover staffing trends engagement concerns and recurring employee issues.
- Provide consistent interpretation and application of company policies and employment practices while supporting compliance with federal state and local employment requirements.
- Identify trends across employee relations turnover engagement and other workforce data and translate those insights into actionable recommendations for operational and HR leadership.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of HR policies and programs across multiple states helping ensure consistent compliant practices as requirements evolve.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience including direct experience supporting leaders and managing employee relations matters.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed multi-site workforce strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations coaching leaders managing performance issues and supporting employee separations.
- Strong working knowledge of federal employment laws and experience navigating state-specific employment requirements.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paylocity or similar) for case documentation leave administration and reporting.
- Healthcare behavioral health clinical operations retail hospitality or another high-volume multi-location environment preferred.
- SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
