How youll contribute

An HR Assistant who excels in this role:

• Assists with employee onboarding including background checks orientation scheduling badges IT access I-9 verification and required paperwork.

• Maintains and organizes HR health and education files.

• Supports recruitment and pre-employment processes.

• Serves as the initial IT point of contact for new-hire access and equipment requests.

• Coordinates employee engagement communications including event calendars birthday announcements and Employee of the Month recognition.

• Follow up with employees regarding required documentation training completion and other HR needs.

What were looking for

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree or 1 year of related experience is required.
• Previous Customer Service administrative or office experience is highly preferred.
• Previous HR experience is preferred.
• Must be highly organized able to multi-task and computer proficient.
