Were currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our Human Resources Department.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Three years of human resources experience; OR
Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR
A bachelors degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. - Job Specification

- Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Plan organize and control functions of programs involving Classified Payroll Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Garnishment Processing and Reporting.
- Organize plan coordinate and implement the annual Open Enrollment of benefits at the agency. Serves as liaison between employee plan members and payroll vendors.
- Enter all applicable payroll data into the PeopleSoft HR System accurately and complete by payroll deadline.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Program regarding Workers Compensation.
- In the absence of HR co-worker assume responsibility for all functions of programs including ; Benefits Reconciliation of Invoices Workers Compensation and all Payroll functions for the facility.

Shift:Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Compensation:Salary depends on qualifications. The minimum hire rate for the Human Resources Analyst A is $18.04 hourly.
