• Manage data annotation collection processing and analysis workflows.
• Establish KPIs and monitor operational performance.
• Analyze datasets and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
• Develop reports to track key metrics and workflow performance.
• Improve processes maintain data integrity and ensure quality standards.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.

• Experience in data analysis annotation or workflow optimization.
• Understanding of operational processes and efficiency improvement.
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality management.

• Background in engineering technical operations or human data projects.
• Familiarity with Excel Tableau Power BI Python or SQL.
• Project or internship experience in data management AI/ML or process optimization.
