POSITION: HSU Workstudy Spiritual Formation - Office Assistant

SUMMARY/SCOPE:Student Administrative Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with acceptance processing and organization of chapel credits for the campus.

Maintain and transport chapel scanners to University Chapel services and if needed manage chapel scanners at other events that give chapel credit.

Manage at least one chapel scanner per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays if needed.

Assist in local office administrative duties such as writing emails filing documents making copies maintaining office supplies and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Assist in planning and facilitating monthly Spiritual Formation engagement events in Connally Missions Center.

Current Student at HSU

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Physical requirements include sitting at a desk for multiplehours occasional lifting of heavy office supplies and walking around campus.
