CONTACT INFORMATION:Allison Goodwin at SUMMARY/SCOPE:Assistthe Financial Aid Office with day-to-day operations relating to student(s)accounts and financial aid management as well as general support for FinancialAid staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Attention to detail. Data entry. Scanning documents. Fielding phone calls concerning general financial aidquestions. Assist Financial Aid staff with tasks as assigned. Have the ability to be trained in and fully comply withFERPA information privacy regulations. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Previous office experience is a plus but not required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mustbe able to sit for long periods during your work shift. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Our office hours are Monday Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; Youmust be available during these times. Ideally 15 hours per week is desired.
