HS Varsity Girls Soccer Coach

Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a motivated and knowledgeableHigh School Girls Varsity Head Soccer Coachto lead the team and coaching staff in all aspects of the high school girls soccer program.

The successful candidate will assist in planning and conducting practices supporting game-day preparation and strategy mentoring student-athletes and helping guide the team through a competitive and character-building season. A strong commitment to teamwork sportsmanship and the development of both athletic and life skills in student-athletes is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching soccer at the high school or junior high level
• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals game strategies and team management
• Ability to effectively mentor and support student-athletes
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
• Alignment with the goals and values of the CV girls soccer program
