Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalHRIS & Rewards Analystto support human resources systems analytics and total rewards programs. This role plays a key part in optimizing HR technology improving processes and delivering data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR systems strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS-related initiatives including system implementations enhancements integrations and process improvements
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide data analysis supporting compensation performance and workforce planning initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports dashboards and metrics for leadership
- Support the administration of annual compensation processes including merit planning bonus programs and incentive plans
- Assist with compensation-related projects such as market benchmarking salary structure reviews and job evaluations
- Ensure data integrity through audits validation processes and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Analyze HR and compensation data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Support external salary surveys and benchmarking activities
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration Information Technology or related field required.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and related modules.
- 5 years of experience in total rewards HR analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams and time zones.
- Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and survey participation
- Exposure to process improvement or HR system optimization initiatives
