This position is well suited for someone who can work independently manage competing priorities maintain confidentiality and provide accurate and timely support across a variety of HR On-Call HR Support Specialist will support projects involving employee records recruitment onboarding and offboarding HRIS data compliance tracking training coordination and other People Team Duties and ResponsibilitiesHelp coordinate onboarding and offboarding employee file organization and records management in accordance with company policies and applicable legal with updating HR documents templates forms and training coordination of employee training development programs and engagement track compliance items including certifications and training with data entry and updates in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs screening resumes and scheduling in HR projects including policy reviews surveys audits and process general administrative support to the People Team as required training and assigned work in a timely confidentiality of employee candidate and organizational other related duties and projects as :Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related organizational and time-management attention to detail and to handle confidential and sensitive information written and verbal communication to work independently and follow established with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and to learn HRIS and other organizational :Previous experience in human resources administration recruiting records management or a related working with an HRIS or other employee information CompetenciesAttention to Detail. Maintains accuracy and consistency when reviewing documents entering data and managing employee . Communicates clearly and professionally with employees candidates and team . Handles sensitive employee and organizational information . Effectively manages multiple tasks priorities and Solving. Identifies issues and seeks appropriate solutions or Proficiency. Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR systems and other . Collaborates effectively with the People Team and other Management. Prioritizes assignments and completes work accurately and within established RequirementsThis position primarily involves office and computer-based work. The employee must be able to communicate effectively use a computer and standard office equipment perform frequent keyboarding and mouse use and handle documents and office materials.
