Job Summary
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Prepare offer letters employment agreements and onboarding documentation.
Process new hire transfer promotion and separation paperwork.
Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records.
Track professional licenses certifications CPR TB tests background checks credentialing and annual compliance requirements.
Coordinate employee orientation and mandatory training.
Maintain employee attendance PTO leave requests and personnel documentation.
Assist with employee relations while maintaining confidentiality.
Support performance evaluation and disciplinary documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal state and agency employment regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws payroll regulations and organizational policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and financial records.
Assist during audits accreditation reviews and regulatory site visits.
Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
Coordinate office supplies equipment and vendor communications.
Perform additional administrative duties assigned by executive leadership.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Accounting or related field preferred.
Experience in Human Resources and payroll administration required.
Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
Experience with payroll software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational multitasking and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Additional Information :
Job Types: Part-time Contract ( at least 20 hours/week)
Pay: $25.00 - $28 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Evening shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Washington DC 20020: Relocate before starting work (Required)
