HR Service Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager HR Service Delivery you will provide support and guidance to employees managers and Human Resources Partners on Human Resources systems programs and processes. You will resolve issues process transactions maintain data accuracy and integrity drive process improvements and leverage technology automation and artificial intelligence tools to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Respond to employee manager and Human Resources Partner inquiries through phone case management and other support channels.
You will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday UKG Guardian and related tools supporting transactions and employee inquiries related to time off leaves policies and employee programs.
Troubleshoot system issues maintain accurate Human Resources data and complete audits and corrections as needed.
Support Form I-9 processing pre-employment screening activities and administration of Human Resources programs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
High school diploma GED or equivalent required with three or more years of Human Resources-related experience; Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience with Workday UKG or other Human Resources Information Systems preferred.
Strong customer service communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with experience reviewing and maintaining accurate data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Teams.
Physical Requirements
This role is hybrid and does not require regular travel to or work within manufacturing facilities.

Compensation
Pay Range:$51000-$67000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
