Position Summary
The HR Recruiter supports the full recruiting lifecycle and helps create an organized responsive and positive candidate experience. This role partners with hiring managers and the HR team to coordinate job postings candidate sourcing and screening interviews pre-employment activities and new hire onboarding. The position also maintains accurate recruiting records supports hiring reports and process improvements and provides assistance with general HR operations as needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (Primary Focus)
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements hiring priorities and interview plans.
Create update and post job openings across approved recruiting platforms and internal channels.
Source candidates through job boards professional networks referrals and other recruiting channels.
Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications availability compensation expectations and alignment with position requirements
Coordinate interviews assessments and hiring-team communication while ensuring timely follow-up.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a consistent professional candidate experience.
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
Maintain recruiting trackers and prepare routine updates on open positions candidate pipelines interview activity and hiring progress.
Support recruiting-process improvements documentation templates and hiring-manager resources.
Assist with employer-branding activities recruiting events career fairs and talent-pipeline initiatives.
Onboarding & HR Support
Payroll & Benefits Backup Support
Serve as a trained backup for payroll operations.
Crosstrain with Payroll and BenefitsCoordinatorto learn payroll processing timekeeping systems and payroll schedules.
Assistwithpayroll relatedinquiries timekeeping issues andbenefitsas needed.
Support continuity of payroll operations during absences or peak processing periods.

Work Environment
This position performs its duties from theNew Braunfels TX office. The role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices and related technology.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is afull-time non-exemptposition. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours Monday through Friday is expected. Based on the candidate and /or position a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; howevera minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office is requiredto support executive collaboration leadership presence and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this position. However infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.
Salary Range
The hourly rate is $29.00-$34.00 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination talent acquisition support or a related HR role
Experience with applicant tracking systems HRIS platforms and Paycom preferred
Experience sourcing candidates conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews preferred
