What Youll Do
HR Operations
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding transitions and offboarding
- Coordinate recruiting logistics including scheduling candidate communication and onboarding readiness
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely HR transactions
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a smooth and consistent employee experience
- Assist with compliance audits and HR documentation
HR Systems & Technology
- Act as a key resource for HR systems (UKG or similar platforms)
- Maintain workflows employee records and organizational structures
- Troubleshoot system issues and support user adoption
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and deliver reports on workforce metrics (headcount turnover trends)
- Support data analysis and leadership reporting
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and dashboards
Process Improvement
- Document workflows and recommend process enhancements
- Support HR projects system implementations and change initiatives
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and employee experience
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in HR Operations HRIS or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with HR systems (UKG preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Bachelors degree preferred (HR Business or related field)
