HR Manager

A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the companys complete human resources function.

This individual will be responsible for payroll administration benefits management recruitment onboarding employee relations HR policies and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage multiple responsibilities develop efficient processes support employees and leadership and ensure the HR department operates smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Manage employee benefits including enrollment renewals and employee inquiries.
• Lead recruitment efforts including job postings candidate screening interviews and hiring coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding orientation and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations workplace concerns and HR-related issues.
• Develop implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records documentation and personnel files.
• Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Support leadership with staffing decisions employee development and organizational planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR systems processes and overall efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous HR management experience required.
• Strong hands-on experience with payroll administration and employee benefits.
• Proven experience managing recruitment hiring and onboarding.
• Solid understanding of employment laws HR compliance and employee relations.
• Ability to independently oversee all HR functions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Proactive detail-oriented and highly dependable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing business environment.
