HR Generalist (Onsite)

Job Summary
The HR Generalist will assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR practices and programs in support of SO business objectives. Primary areas of responsibility include support in talent acquisition HR analytics Onboarding communication plan and support positive cultural preservation.
Essential Functions:
- Implementing end-to-end recruitment process including:
- Profile alignment and consulting with hiring manager
- Job posting and advertising
- Managing applicant tracking system
- Liaising with 3rd party recruiters or leasing agencies
- Attending job fairs if available
- Resume and phone screening interviewing
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
- Arranging candidate travel (if needed).
- Assisting in the preparation of an employment offer
- Collecting pre-employment documentation and other requirements
- Welcome and on-boarding/orientation meetings
- Oversees the onboarding process including;
- Initiation of background checks and drug screens
- New hire bundles
- Preparing orientation schedules
- Coordinating with key players in other departments
- Delivers new hire HR orientation.
- Oversees the termination process to include notifying relevant internal parties ensuring all items are completed.
- Organizes training sessions as needed.
- First point of contact for Benefits Annual Enrollment which may include conducting annual presentations.
- Processes additional payments (i.e. sales commissions bonuses).
- Prepares and collates reports
- Supports the HRBP in the analyses of HR KPIs and their fulfillment by generating accurate high-quality reports relating to hiring sickness attrition diversity etc.
- Associate Engagement Activities
- Supports local site events geared towards associate engagement.

Qualifications :
Competencies:
Required:
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and US labor / employment law.
- Ability to effectively resolve issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards practices policies procedures regulation or federal/state law.
- Excellent skill in both verbal and written communication with financial and business acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter who is flexible to changing business demands; has a sense of urgency and works well under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAP business system preferred.
- Prior experience in a global environment
- Prior experience in Contact centers
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in human resources or related field
- Recruiting/Onboarding/HR Analyitics minimum 3 years
- Recruiting with direct and indirect employees experience 2 years
