What Youll Do:

• Create Welcome Home Moments: Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey from pre-employment screenings to helping build out a robust New Hire Orientation.
• Master the Tech: Keep our UKG system running smoothly by processing hires transfers and updates with precision.
• Be the Resource: Serve as the go-to person for employee questions helping our team navigate benefits records and company policies.
• Recruitment Liaison: Support our recruitment efforts by keeping job postings active screening resumes and getting new hires ready for their first day.
• Culture & Connection: Help plan and deliver engagement activities that keep our Memphis Shared Services team connected and motivated.
• Compliance Champion: Support multi-state compliance and maintain the integrity of our employee records.

Who You Are:

• A People Person: You are customer-focused and possess the soft skills and interpersonal warmth to handle sensitive employee needs.
• An Organizational Pro: You can multitask without breaking a sweat and have an eagle eye for detail.
• A Lifelong Learner: You have a bachelors degree (HR or Business preferred) about a year of HR experience and a genuine curiosity that keeps you looking for ways to grow and know more.
• Tech Savvy: Youre comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to dive deep into HRIS platforms.
