What You Will Do

As anEmployee Relations Specialist youll play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Alpha Inc. Youll support leaders and teams to ensure fairness compliance and connection across the organization.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Partnering with supervisors and managers to address performance or behavioral concerns through coaching documentation and action planning.
• Conducting fair timely investigations into employee complaints or workplace issues.
• Supporting company-wide performance evaluations and 90-day check-ins for new hires.
• Facilitating terminations and exit interviews identifying trends that inform better retention strategies.
• Ensuring compliance withAffirmative Action Plans (AAP)andVETS-4212
• Collaborating with theSafetyteam to supportOSHAcompliance and promote a safe respectful workplace.
• Managing key compliance programs includingFMLAADA accommodations andWorkers Compensation in coordination with third-party providers.
• Assisting with onboarding plans employee transfers and promotions to ensure seamless transitions.
• Maintaining an on-site presence across project sites building relationships providing support and reinforcing Alphas culture of unity and respect.

What You Bring

• 35 yearsof experience inemployee relationsor a related HR role.
• Strong understanding ofemployment lawsFMLAWorkers Compensation and compliance practices.
• Exceptionalcommunicationconflict resolution andcoaching skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency inHR systemsand tools; aBachelors degreein HR Business or related field preferred.
• A collaborative people-first mindset that reflects Alphas values ofheart unity and grit.
