Responsibilities:
In the role of HR Coordinator working in Milwaukee you will be part of the Human Resources team. You will be responsible for coordinating interview processes with internal and external stakeholders and providing administrative support to various HR areas including Talent Management and Talent Acquisition in supporting the execution of their hiring initiatives.
The Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews for candidates send confirmations to candidates and interviewers and provide interview materials while adhering to SLA requirements
- Work with vendor to facilitate applicant travel and reimbursement process
- Assist with I-9 verification
- Maintain standard operating procedures process maps FAQs job aids etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships by collaborating with business unit and department team members to foster trust commitment accountability and results
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to ensure quality services / agreed to KPIs are delivered to the business unit
Qualifications:
- You have a high school diploma OR equivalent experience (3 years) in the field of administrative roles
- You have at least 1 years experience in HR
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal HR systems
- You are quality oriented with a focus on attention to detail and customer service
- You have excellent problem solving troubleshooting and time management skills
- You must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- You must be able to respond to urgent requests alter priorities to meet business needs and effectively manage work during frequent interruptions.
- You demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- You must be able to work with confidential information
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
