This position serves as an HR consulting partner to managers and employees providing guidance on performance management employee relations workplace concerns HR policies and related people matters. The consultant will manage and document HR cases coach managers through complex situations interpret and apply HR policies consistently and partner with HR stakeholders on escalations and employee support. The role also provides opportunities to identify trends improve HR processes leverage data and technology and contribute to scalable solutions that improve manager effectiveness and the overall employee experience.
- Provide HR consultation and guidance to managers and employees on performance management employee relations workplace behavior career development and HR programs.
- Coach managers through performance-related concerns employee situations and complex workplace matters using sound judgment and an objective solutions-oriented approach.
- Diagnose and resolve increasingly complex employee relations and policy-related issues escalating matters to appropriate HR Legal or Compliance partners when needed.
- Interpret and apply HR policies practices and programs consistently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Manage and document HR cases in CRM or case-management systems ensuring accurate timely and complete records.
- Identify recurring employee relations trends and partner with HR stakeholders to develop solutions that address root causes and improve outcomes.
- Use data and employee insights to identify training communication and manager capability needs and recommend targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners HR Operations Legal Compliance and other cross-functional stakeholders on complex employee and workforce matters.
- Evaluate HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation simplification and increased efficiency.
- Contribute to scalable HR solutions that reduce manual work improve decision-making and strengthen manager effectiveness.
- Support HR initiatives readiness activities training communications and other operational priorities as needed.
- Maintain impartiality professionalism and consistency when handling sensitive employee and workplace matters.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Organizational Psychology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of HR experience including experience in HR consulting HR Business Partnering Employee Relations or a comparable HR advisory function.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting performance management including advising and coaching managers through performance-related situations.
- Experience handling employee relations and workplace concerns including assessing issues determining appropriate next steps and escalating when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies programs and practices with the ability to interpret and apply policies consistently and objectively.
- Experience providing direct consultation and guidance to managers and employees.
- Experience managing HR cases or employee inquiries through a CRM case-management platform or similar system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate sensitive information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment maintain confidentiality and remain impartial when handling complex employee matters.
- Ability to manage multiple cases priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Experience supporting large employee populations or complex geographically distributed organizations.
- Experience in the technology industry or another highly dynamic fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience partnering with Legal Compliance HR Operations or HR Business Partners on complex employee matters.
- Experience using HR data and insights to identify trends inform recommendations or improve workforce outcomes.
- Experience designing or implementing process automation workflow improvements or scalable HR solutions.
- Familiarity with HR case-management/CRM platforms and HR technology ecosystems.
- Experience developing or delivering manager training readiness programs communications or capability-building initiatives.
- Experience working with emerging technologies automation or data-driven approaches to modernize HR processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative matrixed environment with competing priorities.
Compensation
At Blueprint we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors including skills education responsibilities experience and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State the anticipated compensation range is $30 to $32 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience skills and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidates qualifications.
