HR Assistant
Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- HRIS
- Enter job/compensation changes new hire information and terminations into UKG Pro for global entities.
- File and manage employee payroll and corporate records within UKG Document Manager in accordance with federal and/or local regulations.
- Assist HRIS team with large-scale system audits implementations or product upgrades.
- Assist HRIS Administrator with monitoring UKG People Assist tickets and creating knowledge articles.
- Respond to unemployment responses and employment verification requests.
- Learning
- Monitor new hire and Compensation & Benefits training completion following up with employees and managers when needed.
- Assist HRIS team with creating content for various courses using Articulate and AI tools.
- HR Marketing
- Create HR marketing material for employee distribution using Canva.
- Update the Bizplay system with marketing material for all US locations as needed.
- Benefits
- Assist Compensation & Benefits team with Open Enrollment activities such as preparing marketing and communications setting meeting invitations etc.
- Other duties as required.
- On-site work required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in business or HR-related discipline (Required)
Bachelors degree in Business or HR-related discipline (Preferred)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint.
Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
