The HR Analytics & Insights Supervisor will lead and actively contribute to Nucors HR enterprise reporting workforce analytics data governance and analytics solutions. This role is responsible for developing analytics capabilities that strengthen operational excellence and enable informed business decisions.
The role of the HR Analytics & Insights Supervisor includes but is not limited to:
- Lead development and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Nucors HR reporting analytics dashboards workforce metrics and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards workforce metrics data governance and KPI definitions to ensure trusted consistent and actionable workforce data.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver reporting insights and forward-looking analytics that support informed business decisions.
- Identify and implement automation AI and emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and advance Nucors HR analytics capabilities.
- Lead coach and develop the HR Analytics & Insights team while actively contributing to team priorities and driving continuous improvement.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Experience leading a team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing analytics workforce metrics dashboards reporting or business intelligence solutions.
- Degree in Human Resources Business Management Finance Information Systems Analytics or related equivalent education/experience.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Power BI or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to translate reporting and analytics needs into practical data solutions.
- Experience implementing process automation or AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience presenting workforce analytics and insights to support business decision-making.
