Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Administrator who is adaptable organized and ready to learn. This role is a great fit for someone with a strong customer service mindset who enjoys working with people learning new systems and supporting a busy HR team.
The ideal candidate is a team player who can shift priorities when needed communicate professionally and remain calm and solutions-focused during challenging conversations.
MondayFriday 6:30 AM3:30 PM
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR processes and team members.
- Work across multiple HR systems and platforms throughout the day.
- Complete accurate manual data entry and maintain employee information.
- Learn new systems processes and responsibilities quickly.
- Support new hire onboarding and help ensure employees have a positive experience from day one.
- Present information to groups of new employees during orientation.
- Answer employee questions with professionalism patience and a customer service mindset.
- Navigate challenging conversations and help de-escalate situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Partner with HR team members and other departments to complete tasks and resolve employee needs.
- Maintain accuracy confidentiality and attention to detail when handling employee information.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional HR administrative needs as they arise.
- 13 years of HR experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate situations when needed.
- Adaptable and able to learn new skills processes and technology quickly.
- Comfortable working in multiple systems and switching between platforms throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with manual data entry.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative dependable and willing to jump in to support the team.
- Knowledge of Form I-9 requirements and processes.
- Previous experience with UKG or a similar HRIS platform.
Someone who enjoys helping people isnt afraid to learn something new and can balance accuracy with great customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment partnering with a team and representing HR professionally when interacting with employees and new hires.
