Baker Tillys Managed Services is looking for an HR Account Manager to join our Human Resource Services team where exceptional people thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries

• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients

• Prepare process and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules and maintain data integrity the HRIS / payroll system

• Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a clients organization including applicant tracking interviewing and reference/background checks

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox

• Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources Business or related studies required

• Five (5) or more years of progressive HR experience with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance benefits employee relations talent management and compensation

• Proficiency using ADP WorkForce Now / ADP Run

• Previous experience preparing and processing payroll

• Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Youre an ideal candidate if you also have the following preferred qualifications:

• Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis

• Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)

• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes requirements and regulations

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing both with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels within an organization

• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients

• HRCI / SHRM certification
