  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring proper customer service via telephone email and in person and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Unaccompanied Housing Program rules and regulations; 2) Receiving and processing complaints and related investigations concerning residents; 3) Performing check-in and check-out room inspections and providing direct assistance to the Complex Manager and Site Director by monitoring assigned areas daily; 4) Scheduling and coordinating the maintenance and repair of housing units and conducting follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

You have successfully completed 1 full year of graduate level education.
OR
You have successfully completed a bachelors degree with superior academic achievement.
OR
You have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of is highly recommended that a transcript is submitted with your application if qualifying using education.

Additional information

A 40 hour work week is typical for this position.

Rotating shifts and overtime including on an emergency basis to meet mission.

This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.

Several vacancies may be filled.
