Housing Maintenance Supervisor

Overview:To ensure a safe efficient well-maintained environment at all of our associate housing areas. This Housing MaintenanceEngineer Supervisorworks specifically at our multiple associate housing properties and reports directly to The Housing :Supervise and lead a teamAbility to communicate with or notify department/stakeholders throughout associate housingfacilities regarding any shut downs water back-ups or failures that will impact the resort in a confident and professional be able to create work orders in the appropriate Omni work request to complete most general maintenance all non-trade mechanical items in associate housing rooms and public associate housing direction for calls via and coordinates with other trades for major all work areas once job is in diagnoses of malfunctioning systems apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the a variety of tools and equipment including but not limited to power tools measuring devices and testing with each department to assure emergency and safety work orders are handled on other equipment as a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and and Equipment:Telephone photo-copying machine and hand power & shop toolsWorking Environment:Interior of The Omni Homesteads various associate housing facilities. Exposure to extreme hot and cold of associate housing facilities with exposure to weather to various hazardous chemicalsQualifications:Previous building maintenance experience required. Hotel experience be able to handle frequent lifting pushing pulling and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs without or walk for extended periods of time or for an entire to perform inspections and repairs anywhere in or out of hotel bending and/or kneeling must have excellent time management skills the ability to work with both internal and external customers and a keen eye for be 21 years or older and have a clean driving record
