Houseman- Atherton, CA

We are looking for a dependable hands-on Houseman to help maintain a private home and property in Atherton. This role is perfect for someone who has experience with a variety of home maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades who can handle everyday repairs small building projects painting basic plumbing and electrical work and general property upkeep. We are looking for someone who is proactive takes pride in their work and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general home maintenance and repairs.

• Complete small carpentry projects and basic repairs.

• Patch and paint walls as needed.

• Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.

• Assemble furniture and equipment.

• Help maintain the homes interior and exterior.

• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.

• Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs or coordinate with outside vendors when needed.

• Assist with other household projects as requested.

Qualifications:

• Experience with general home maintenance or handyman work.

• Basic skills in carpentry painting plumbing and electrical repairs.

• Reliable organized and able to work independently.
