• Lead & Inspire: Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to organize motivate and coach our high-performing team.
• Inspect & Perfect: Ensure immaculate attention to detail by inspecting guest rooms public spaces storage and administrative areas.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide courteous top-tier service running requested items to guest rooms and maintaining pristine furnishings and metalwork.
• Manage Operations: Oversee linen collection laundering logistics and inventory storage to keep operations running seamlessly.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Inspector.
• Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.
• Exceptional eye for detail and a natural talent for coaching and mentorship.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
