Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Technicianto join our hospital team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment through cleaning disinfecting and supporting daily operations throughout the facility.
What you will do:
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms and assigned areas following infection prevention standards
- Follow PPE guidelines and healthcare safety protocols
- Perform floor care window and wall cleaning waste removal linen transport and other housekeeping duties
- Maintain organized supply areas and support department needs
- Participate in team huddles training and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide excellent service while demonstrating compassion and respect for patients families and coworkers
