Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in assigned areas which may include but not be limited to: patient rooms offices nurses stations lounges hallways bathrooms kitchen areas and lobby areas.

Essential Functions

• Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area. These areas may include but not be limited to: patient rooms offices nurses stations lounges hallways bathrooms kitchen areas and lobby areas.
• Participates in all cleaning activities as assigned. These may include but not be limited to dusting washing drying mopping vacuuming moving furniture and emptying trash.

• Keeps assigned area fully stocked with supplies such as paper towels toilet paper etc.

• Responsible for maintaining stock on individual cleaning carts including wet and dry supplies.

• Maintain good customer relations at all times by demonstrating a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with employees all departments coworkers and other pertinent staff.

• Responsible for managing workload.

• Maintain competency and serve as a resource to staff members as needed.

• Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area. These areas may include but not be limited to: patient rooms offices nurses stations lounges hallways bathrooms kitchen areas and lobby areas.
