Housekeeing Manager

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Establish implement and maintain high housekeeping standards and operating procedures.
• Prepare and manage optimized staffing schedules according to business demand.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure superior cleanliness maintenance and safety.
• Recommend necessary repairs repainting structural changes new furnishings and equipment relocation.
• Track maintain and manage inventories for all housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Continuously research and implement advanced cleaning techniques modern tools and sustainable practices.
• Select and purchase property furnishings equipment and cleaning products within allocated budgets.
• Perform other operational and managerial tasks as assigned by executive leadership.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping.
• Strong ability to interpret business insights technical guidelines and industry regulations.
• Excellent written communication skills for reports correspondence and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to deliver clear confident presentations and address inquiries from management and guests professionally.
• Practical mathematical aptitude and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Schedule: Full-time (approx. 4050 hours/week). Must have flexible availability including working on weekends holidays and during peak business seasons.

Physical demands: Frequent walking standing reaching bending and stooping throughout the day. Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 25 pounds (11 kg).

Pay Rate Range: $90000.00 - $110000.00 / Year
