As a leading Supported Living Company we are actively seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as House Is What You Will Do:The House Manager is responsible for providing leadership oversight coordination and support within assigned residential homes. This position assists with ensuring quality participant care staff support medication oversight scheduling coordination household operations and implementation of participant service House Manager works collaboratively with the QIDP Administrator and Direct Support Professionals to ensure services are delivered in accordance with participant needs agency policies Idaho regulations and person-centered addition to supervisory and coordination responsibilities the House Manager may perform all duties of a Direct Support Professional as RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS:Supervise support and assist with training Direct Support Professionals regarding participant care household operations documentation and program participant program implementation and ensure staff understand participant objectives and support strategies as directed by the participant appointments and communicate scheduling changes follow-up needs or concerns to supervisory with maintaining participant schedules and ensuring appointments are attended as medications are administered documented and stored according to agency policy and applicable medication errors promptly and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up medication supplies and communicate refill needs at least five (7) days in advance whenever documentation MARs communication logs and participant records for accuracy and participant house binders and required documentation are organized current and compliant with agency and submit household cleanliness and safety checklists as with crisis intervention behavioral support and emergency situations according to agency as a communication liaison between Direct Support Professionals and management with maintaining staff schedules and communicate staffing needs or coverage concerns to scheduling updates and staffing changes to team members as collaboratively with Administration and residential leadership regarding participant care staffing household needs and operational with household grocery shopping supplies toiletry needs and maintaining a safe and functional living participant appointments team meetings and staff meetings as requested or a minimum of one additional eight (8) hour direct support shift per week outside of regular administrative responsibilities as participant care tracking systems and required documentation are completed accurately and confidentiality of participant and employee information in accordance with HIPAA and agency a safe work environment and follow OSHA and agency safety additional duties as assigned by the QIDP Administrator or :Must be at least eighteen (18) years of school diploma GED or demonstrated ability to provide services according to an individualized plan of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities supervisory or mentoring experience to communicate effectively and professionally with participants families staff medical providers and community organizational problem-solving and time management to read write and communicate effectively in to work independently and collaboratively within a team to safely lift transfer and assist participants as have an active drivers license and be able to transport REQUIREMENTS:Current CPR and First Aid complete criminal history and background from communicable diseases as required by applicable of Assistance with Medications training approved by the Idaho State Board of Nursing or other Department-approved training when Department-approved traumatic brain injury training as any certifications or licensure required to perform assigned drivers license reliable transportation and acceptable automobile insurance coverage if transporting participants.
