House Attendant

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas service corridors linen rooms and public spaces. 
• Deliver and replenish linens towels guest supplies and housekeeping amenities throughout the hotel. 
• Support Room Attendants by removing garbage soiled linens and recycling from guestrooms and service areas. 
• Respond promptly to guest and colleague requests in a professional and friendly manner. 
• Assist with the movement and setup of furniture rollaway beds cribs and other guest room items. 
• Ensure housekeeping carts equipment and cleaning tools are stocked and maintained. 
• Report maintenance concerns safety hazards and lost & found items following hotel procedures. 
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas and support deep cleaning projects as assigned. 
• Work closely with the Housekeeping leadership team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
• Follow all health safety and brand standards at all times. 
• Other duties assigned 

Qualifications :

• Previous housekeeping janitorial or hotel experience is considered an asset. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Physical ability to lift push pull and carry items as required throughout the shift. 
• Flexible availability including weekends holidays and evening shifts. 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
