- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive occupancy ADR RevPAR and overall revenue growth.
- Prospect solicit and secure new:

- Relocation and temporary housing clients
- Corporate accounts
- Conduct outside sales calls client meetings networking events and site tours.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Generate new revenue opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Negotiate rates and agreements within approved guidelines.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct account reviews and business-development meetings.
- Identify opportunities to increase room-night production and wallet share.
- Develop long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate customer visits hotel tours and appreciation efforts.
- Represent both hotels within the community.
- Participate in:

- Build relationships with local demand generators employers and community leaders.
- Increase awareness of both properties throughout the local market.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership on pricing and revenue strategies.
- Review:

- ADR
- RevPAR
- Market share
- Account production
- Occupancy performance
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records prospect activity forecasts and sales reports.
- Prepare weekly activity updates and monthly production reporting.
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales hospitality sales business development account management or related sales experience.
- Proven success in generating new business and meeting revenue goals.
- Strong networking prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
- Hotel sales experience preferred.
- Extended-stay hospitality experience preferred.

Required Education:
