Hotel Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable skilled and hardworking Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotels guest rooms public areas equipment and building systems to ensure a safe comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests.

• Perform routine maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Inspect and repair guest rooms bathrooms hallways and public areas.
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing electrical HVAC lighting and carpentry issues.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and work orders.
• Maintain hotel equipment tools and maintenance supplies.
• Identify and report safety hazards building defects and equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with painting patching furniture repairs and other general maintenance tasks.
• Follow hotel safety procedures emergency protocols and applicable building codes.
• Keep maintenance areas clean organized and secure.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping front desk and other hotel departments.

• Previous maintenance experience preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical systems HVAC and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand walk bend lift and perform maintenance tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays or different shifts as needed.
