• Manage and supervise housekeeping laundry and public area staff to ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities meet established cleanliness and quality standards.

• Schedule train coach and evaluate housekeeping team members to promote efficiency productivity and exceptional guest service.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public spaces laundry facilities and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies linens guest amenities and equipment; coordinate purchasing and replenishment as needed.

• Maintain housekeeping procedures that support operational excellence safety and guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Front Desk Maintenance and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and timely room availability.

• Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records related to staffing scheduling supplies expenses and departmental performance.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies safety regulations and local state and federal requirements.

• Promote a positive work environment through effective communication teamwork and leadership.

• Assist with housekeeping duties when needed to support operational requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required.
